Job Summary
Now hiring FULL-TIME Machine Operators (not temporary work) in the Barberton/Norton area for all three shifts.
Double-time overtime paid holidays and vacation!
1st shift: 7am 3pm Base up to $15.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $28 per hour with incentives included.
2nd shift: 3pm 11pm Base up to $16.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $30 per hour with incentives included.
3rd shift: 11pm 7am Base up to $16.50 per hour. Regular time rate & double-overtime rate up to $30 per hour with incentives included.
Weekly pay.
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in wheel production and metal forming.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
- Inspect parts for quality defects and proper specifications.
- Perform basic measurements using gauges and measuring tools.
- Maintain consistent production output and meet daily goals.
- Perform routine machine checks and report any issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have their own transportation. Akron Metro bus (route 8) does service all three shifts.
