Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participates in review and trending of analyses based off historical data collection.
• Compiles vendor documents as needed for support of raw material initiatives.
• Participates in data collection for root cause analysis
• Provide back-up support for other site leadership as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in a Physical Science or Engineering or Food Science from a four-year college or university.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

• Familiarity with standard concept practices and procedures of cGMPs
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong creativity innovation customer focus decision-making technical organizational/planning and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications to include Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job the employee is constantly required to talk and hear; frequently required to stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms and climb or balance; and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and push and/or pull up to 25 pounds. During the performance of duties the employee generally works in an office environment where the noise level is in working with Manufacturing and other operating areas the employee may be exposed to environments with loud noises running equipment dust and other airborne particles.
