The Fresh Collective is looking for an experienced Barista All Rounder to join our team inside the iconic National Portrait Gallery.
Set within one of Canberras most unique museum spaces this is not your average café role. Think exhibition crowds weekend tourism gallery events busy lunch rushes and a team that knows how to move.
Were looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced high-volume environments takes pride in clean workflow and can deliver consistently excellent coffee while keeping service sharp efficient and professional.

The role:
- Deliver consistently excellent coffee
- Provide warm confident customer service
- Take orders and manage POS
- Support FOH operations (running food clearing service flow)
- Keep your workspace sharp and service-ready
- Assist with gallery functions and events
