Technical Delivery Lead

Were looking for a Technical Delivery Lead who combines architect-level technical expertise team leadership experience and strong client-facing skills. Youll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across projects in the Business Unit- from technical pre-sales to solution design and execution.

Youll work closely with engineering teams shaping solutions guiding implementations and building trusted relationships that support long-term success.

Your work will be focused on the following:

• Lead architecture planning and execution across multiple projects within the Business Unit scope.
• Be the technical voice in customer meetings- support sales validate needs and translate them into viable solution approaches.
• Guide and mentor delivery teams removing blockers and keeping focus on delivery.
• Ensure engineering quality architectural soundness and scalability of delivered solutions.
• Oversee project health across the lifecycle- onboarding execution and ramp-down.
• Align delivery practices with business goals- balancing speed quality and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.

Qualifications :

Youll Excel in This Role If You:

• Have a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Engineer.
• Have led small team(s) and have leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire engineers and help them grow professionally.
• Can confidently participate in technical pre-sales solution planning and client communication.
• Understands both technical detail and business context and can act as a bridge between the two.
• Have great collaboration and communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Have strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks.
• Show initiative learn continuously and care about delivering impactful results.
• Have a Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English. The Estonian language is a plus.
