Customer Service Advisor - Salary - 26700

This is a great job for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care supporting customers through their service or claims journey and ensuring they feel confident theyre in safe hands at every stage. This is a hybrid role where you will spend 50% of your time in the office In Liverpool.

A bit about the job:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for insurance customers via inbound calls

  • Providing clear guidance reassurance and support throughout service or claims journeys

  • Recognising and responding appropriately to customers who may be vulnerable

  • Using multiple systems confidently to manage customer enquiries accurately and efficiently

  • Working towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining excellent customer outcomes

Skills and experience were looking for:

  • A professional and articulate telephone manner

  • The ability to assess situations quickly and adapt support to customer needs

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment with a positive teamfocused attitude and a strong willingness to learn

  • Good IT skills and confident using Microsoft packages e.g. Outlook and Word

Our Motability teams are available between Monday - Friday 8am and 7pm Saturday 8am 4pm. In these roles youll work shifts across these days: well share more about this during your application. Our hybrid model offers a best of both worlds approach. When youll be in the office depends on your role and team but colleagues spend at least 50% of their time in the office. Initial training will take place in the Liverpool office and may last up to a minimum of 12 weeks.
