Job description
The Team
We areseekinga highly skilled and experiencedSeniorDirector FP&Ato support our is a high-impact and visible role that directly affects executive-level decision-making execution of company strategy and contribution to the companys financialobjectivesachievement.
The Role
Lead a global team of Finance professionals FP&A team in developing and implementing financial strategies budgets and forecasts.
Manage the Go to Market AOP process including market data analysis scenario planning Geo goal setting annual quota setting review process.
Partner with GTM functional leaders to develop andmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.
Creation of executive-level presentations that summarize profit and loss statement forecasts-including year-over-yearcomparisons key dependencies and risks and opportunitiesfor the respective business partners as well as the head of Go To Market Finance (GTM) and the C-Suite.
Ensureaccurateandtimelyfinancial reporting and analysis to support businessobjectives.
Partner with the relevant GTM functions to grow our recurring revenue offerings
Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals fostering a culture of continuouslearninginnovationandimprovement.
Partner with other finance functions in particular with the Geo Finance leaders and the GTM FP&A team to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Drive financial modeling system and process improvement initiatives thatimpactprofitability planning globally.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or a relatedfield; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data andprovideactionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Prior experience of flexible financing and managed service offerings is a plus.
Proventrack recordof leading and developing high-performing teams.
Advancedproficiencyin financial modeling and forecasting tools.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
This position will require working in the office whensolicited.
