Personal Lines Agency Claims Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Agency Claims Consultant to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in personal lines claims and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $92000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines claims for accounts valued at $50000 and above with most accounts exceeding $100000.
- Handle primarily renewal business ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with producers carriers and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients ensuring a relationship-centric approach.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage claims and documentation efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings training sessions and company events to stay aligned with organizational goals and culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of current personal lines claims experience at an independent agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
