Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing processes documenting business case opportunities and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies quality productivity and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline.

The Process Delegate supports the Process Owner with managing the process assisting with providing inputs to and maintaining process documentation and handling specific approvals issues challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks optimize efficiency reduce variability and improve controls quality and sustainability

  • Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions to support Issue Management resolution and partner challenge

  • Establish a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions

  • Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translates issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits

  • Supports the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters Suppliers Inputs Outputs and Customers (SIPOC) Responsible Accountable Consulted and Informed (RACI) process maps risk assessments control plans and related artifacts

  • Support Process Owner with managing the process assisting with providing inputs to and maintaining process documentation and handling specific approvals issues challenges

  • Review the Process Overall Control Effectiveness rating and individual Control Design Performance and Effectiveness ratings to summarize the performance of the process and control(s) and review the inherent risk rating

  • Identify and remediate any deficiencies in processes or controls including identifying audit issues and/or remediation actions necessary to address less than satisfactory process and control effectiveness ratings

  • Document Operational Excellence improvement ideas in the Enterprise Technology & Simplification Initiatives (ETSI) system

  • Administrative requirements include tracking stakeholder responsibilities hosting process review routines and data related activities (QA to align to data standards)

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of financial industry experience

  • Leads with process discipline and operational excellence consistently identifying and executing on opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive continuous process improvement.

  • Demonstrates strong risk management practices effectively identifying managing and mitigating risk while supporting a culture of sound risk awareness and compliance in alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Drives customer and client-focused results delivering outcomes in the face of obstacles while maintaining a strong focus on meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Exhibits sound judgment and decision-making navigating risk/reward trade-offs with a fact-based objective approach to achieve optimal business outcomes.

  • Communicates with clarity and purpose using a clear concise and audience-appropriate approach to influence outcomes and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

  • Effectively navigates organizational complexity building strong partnerships leveraging relationships and collaborating across functions to deliver on business priorities.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$71000.00 - $104000.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
