Creative Director, Performance Creative

Werelooking for a CreativeDirectorCopywriterto join our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Group Creative DirectorPerformance Creativeyoulllead teams to excel beyond the brief from conceptual development through execution of engagingpaidsocial media OLV bannersanddisplaythat have measurable impact.

• Youlloversee that creative choices relate to messaging strategies elevate the quality of the work and meet clientandagencysobjectives.

• Youllmentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.

• Youllbe a go-to client-facing voice nurture client relationships present and sell creative concepts and be a liaison between client and creative teams.

• Youllseek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promotenew ideas.

• Youll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant toeach.

Qualifications:

• 8yearsminimumexperienceideating and executing performance creativeconcepts

• Bachelors in Advertising Marketing or related field; in lieu of degree equivalent experience in a relevant field

• Strategic and creative skills (written visual and conceptual)

• Client service and presentation skills

• Experienceusinga variety of technology platforms and media channels

• Experience managing multiple teams

Dentsu maydesignateother Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may bedesignated asremote depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients which may include attendance in an office.

Theannualsalary range for this position is$113000 - $137000.Placement within the salary rangeis based on a variety of factorsincluding relevant experience knowledge skills and other factorspermittedby law.
