Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage nursing staff including RNs LPNs and LVNs

• Develop review and update resident care plans

• Collaborate with physicians specialists nurses and interdisciplinary teams

• Interacting compassionately and effectively with residents and family members

Qualifications

• Active State Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Assisted Living Senior Living or Memory Care

• Prior clinical management experience (e.g. DON ADON Health Services Director or similar)
