Active RN License required.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Provide nursing services to residents
- Participate in training of care staff
- Coordinate resident care with residents families and physicians
- Communicate care plan changes to staff
- Communication with families and physicians
- Documentation and Investigation Reporting
- Conduct fall risk assessments skin assessments pain assessments Fast Scale assessments
- Wound care
- Audit eMARS medication cart
- Maintain accurate resident health records
- Medication Management
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- RN License that is active and in good standing
- A passion to work with our amazing seniors!
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work hard support yourteamand build fun into the job
- Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
