About the role:
As Junior Implementation Engineer youll be responsible for:
- Set up and configuration of the companys base platform for airline customers using internal tooling and configuration interfaces
- Set up and configuration of additional modules for customers
- Creating and amending clients HTML email templates and producing ad hoc reports
- Liaising directly with customers on small platform changes to gather pre-requisites support implementations and provide updates on projects.
- Basic internal project implementations and deployments
- Deployment tasks to include bulk patching of core fixes across customers e.g. applying patches and updates across multiple environments
- Extracting data using SQL for existing and previous customers
- Performing platform version upgrades
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of documentation and processes
Measures of success:
- Consistent and efficient customer implementations
- Positive customer feedback
- Proactively delivers assigned workloads and applies / creates repeatable processeswhere needed
The kind of person you are:
- Computer literate with a secondary education in the Ciências e Tecnologias track ideallywith Informatics-related subjects (or equivalent vocational IT training)
- Logical thinking and able to follow end-to-end processes accurately
- Good attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- A friendly Can do attitude
- Proactive in reaching out for support when necessary
