The Position

Software Engineer: AI TechStack

In this role you will be a key contributor to the Agent Development Portal (ADP) designing and implementing AI workflows automation pipelines and agent-based solutions that integrate enterprise data. You will work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and workflow orchestration tools like n8n to enable teams to rapidly build AI-powered applications.

A critical component of your work will be creating reusable blueprints templates and reference architectures to accelerate development for other developers and data scientists. Additionally you will build Proof-of-Value (PoV) solutions for high-impact business teams to demonstrate the platforms potential and drive organizational adoption.

The Opportunity:

AI Workflow & Automation Development:

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automation pipelines using agent frameworks like LangChain and orchestration tools like n8n.

• Develop solutions that enable AI agents to interact with enterprise systems APIs and data sources.

AI & Data Integration:

• Integrate AI workflows with enterprise data sources Model Context Protocol (MCP) data connectors and knowledge systems.

• Enable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and data-driven AI applications.

Reusable Blueprints & Archetypes:

• Create reusable blueprints templates and architectural patterns for common AI agent use cases.

• Develop reference implementations and archetypes that simplify the development of AI workflows for platform users.

Proof of Value (PoV) Development:

• Build PoV solutions for high-impact business teams to demonstrate the potential of AI agents and workflow automation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business use cases into AI-enabled solutions.

Platform Enablement:

• Provide technical guidance to developers and data scientists building on the platform.

• Contribute to documentation best practices and developer examples to support platform adoption.

Continuous Improvement:

• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks workflow automation tools and agent technologies.

• Identify opportunities to improve the developer experience and automation capabilities of the platform.

Who you are:

Education / Experience

• Proven experience successfully driving small to medium (S/M) initiatives (Project/Squad/Product).

• Demonstrated experience acting as a technical mentor and sharing knowledge through speeches and organized events.

Technical Skills:

Technical Core

• AI & Automation: Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs and frameworks like LangChain.

• Workflow Platforms: Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n Zapier Make or Flowise.

• Programming: Strong skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Development: Experience with REST APIs webhooks and microservices.

Data & Infrastructure

• Integration: Experience integrating systems with enterprise data sources and knowledge bases.

• AI Architecture: Familiarity with RAG architectures embeddings and vector databases.

• Cloud Platforms: Experience developing solutions on AWS Azure or GCP.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent workflows.

• Familiarity with semantic search and AI evaluation methods.

• Experience building developer platforms or internal tools.

Additional Qualifications

• Cross-functional Teams: Ability to work with AI engineers product managers and platform developers.

• Problem-Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors including your skills experience qualifications and addition to base pay this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
