Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support daily sales and vehicle administration activities. This position plays a key role in processing vehicle paperwork coordinating inventory and dealer trades Logistics and ensuring deals are complete and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits and prepare vehicle deal jackets
- Cashier service ROs as needed
- Stock new and used vehicles into dealership systems
- Manage documentation for auctions trades and wholesale vehicles
- Coordinate dealer trades including paperwork and inventory updates
- Review deals for completeness and compliance prior to submission
- File titles registrations and completed sales paperwork
- Communicate with sales service and accounting teams
- Assist with office filing shipping and supply coordination
- Assist with Logistics Coordination
Qualifications
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential paperwork accurately
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Skilled in the Microsoft 365 Suite including Outlook and Teams for regular communication
- Dealership experience a plus (not required)
