Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for department Account Managers
- Effectively communicate with account managers and clients via email phone and in person mediums.
- Handle incoming correspondence from lenders.
- Ability to handle billing questions from our clients and utilize carrier resources for solutions.
- Reach out to clients to gather information when necessary per account manager and/or carrier request
- In conjunction with Account Managers remarket our clients as needed and bind coverage
- Review accounts that have been flagged on policy renewal reports and communicate with Account Managers on remarket strategy.
- When prompted from an Account Manager review and/or remarket client accounts and provide feedback to the Account Manager or direct to the client.
- Make contact with clients prior to renewal advising of review in process.
- Prepare renewal summaries document in client database for VIP Clients.
- Prepare coverage renewal checklist for pro-active client segments.
- Proactively assist with communication between carriers and Account Managers
Minimum Requirements
- Superior customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with individual deadlines
