The Opportunity

This role plays a critical part in keeping our operations running safely reliably and efficiently. As a Maintenance Planner & Facilities Lead you will connect strategy to executionturning maintenance needs into wellplanned wellsequenced work that reduces downtime and supports operational excellence.

You will partner closely with maintenance production and facility teams to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are thoughtfully planned and executed. Beyond scheduling this role has real influence: improving asset reliability strengthening safety practices and driving continuous improvement across maintenance and facility workflows.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

  • Build detailed job plans including labor materials tools and safety steps.

  • Manage and prioritize work orders in partnership with operations and maintenance teams.

  • Maintain accurate data histories and documentation within the CMMS.

  • Coordinate parts materials and external services to support planned work.

  • Support facility repairs upgrades and utilities management.

  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and reliability opportunities.

  • Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Background

  • 510 years of experience in maintenance planning facilities or industrial maintenance.

  • Experience using CMMS platforms such as SAP PM Maximo Fix or Maintenance

  • Working knowledge of mechanical electrical and building systems.

  • Ability to read technical drawings schematics and equipment manuals.

  • Strong organizational communication and crossfunctional coordination skills.

  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards such as OSHA and NFPA.
