Patient volume consists of OR ER Trauma Fluoro portables and outpatients. Common Fluoro cases: UGI Barium Swallow Modified Barium Swallow. Common OR cases: Spine Anterior Hip ERCP. Special Equipment : Various equipment to include GE Fuji Konica Siemens and Equipment: O-arm and OEC Elite C-arms with Vascular #Tier2 Travel Compliance SMOKE/NICOTINE FREE FACILITY Travelers are only permitted to submit to ONE job ID at a time. Do NOT submit to multiple job IDs. If clinician is a previous staff member of VHC they must wait one year before returning as a traveler. SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE : *if these are not included the submission will be rejected. RTO - Keep RTO to a minimum preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment. Any RTO must be in initial submission and if approved also in confirmation document. Expect to work some holidays. RTO approved at manager discretion.
