Position Overview
Were looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our hotel bar team. This role goes beyond standard bartendingyoull be responsible for crafting unique high-quality cocktails delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping define the bars identity. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of spirits a passion for hospitality and the ability to balance creativity with consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare innovative cocktails as well as execute classic recipes with precision
• Curate seasonal drink menus that align with the hotels brand and guest preferences
• Provide personalized service engaging guests and offering recommendations based on their tastes
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar
• Ensure compliance with all health safety and alcohol service regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with management on promotions events and special beverage programs
• Train and mentor junior bar staff when required

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or advanced bartender preferably in a hotel or upscale venue
• Deep knowledge of spirits liqueurs wines and cocktail techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TABC ServSafe or equivalent) preferred

• Familiarity with current mixology trends and techniques (e.g. infusions molecular mixology craft cocktails)
