Job Summary
- To lead and oversee National Fleet Leasing Operations across the Full Maintenance Rental (FMR) portfolio ensuring effective end-to-end operational delivery strong financial and risk controls and consistent service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements by maintaining uptodate policies conducting regular reviews and embedding a strong culture of accountability and control.
- Analyse operational data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities support strategic decisionmaking and continuously enhance service delivery outcomes.
- Support business growth initiatives by enabling scalable operational processes ensuring readiness for new client onboarding and contributing to the successful implementation of new products and services.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
Experience Required
- 8 years Experience in Fleet or Automotive operations
- 35 years managing Fleet operations
