Your Opportunity Your Team
TheBuying / Merchandising AdministratorsupportsQVC UK and provides comprehensive administrative and critical path support to the Buying teams ensuring products are delivered in line with planned selling and delivery schedules.
Where Youll Work
This role ishybridand will require you to be onsite atChiswick Park2 days a week(onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
What Youll Do
youll manage the end to end process forpurchase order amendments ensuring all changes are accurately submitted and completed on time through Supply Chain systems
Own and maintain thecritical path working closely with Buying and Supply Chain teams to ensure stock is available to sell as planned
You will monitoropen purchase orders proactively highlighting risks and agreeing actions to resolve potential delivery issues
Act as a key point of contact forsupplier booking and PO amendment queries supporting strong internal and external relationships
Provide general administrative support to the Buying team including regular reporting and critical path reviews
What Youll Bring
Previousadministrative experiencewithin a supply chain distribution merchandising or customer service environment
Experience ofmanaging a critical pathand working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
StrongIT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Confidence in communicating withsuppliers and internal stakeholders
High levels ofaccuracy organisation and attention to detail with a proactive and collaborative approach
