We are currently supporting a globally recognised organisation within the satellite communications defence and secure infrastructure sector in the search for a Sales Manager to strengthen and expand their presence across the Polish public sector and government communications market.
This is a commercially focused role suited to a proactive business developer who enjoys building relationships identifying new opportunities and driving long-term account growth within highly technical and consultative environments.
The organisation operates internationally across maritime enterprise energy media defence and government sectors delivering resilient and secure communication solutions across land sea and air environments.
The Opportunity:
This role combines strategic account management with new business development and market expansion across Poland. The successful individual will play a key role in growing relationships with existing customers while opening new routes into the government and public sector space.
The position offers strong long-term growth potential within a highly specialised and evolving technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts across government and public sector markets
Identify and develop new business opportunities within satellite communications and secure infrastructure sectors
Promote the full portfolio of products and services including hardware airtime projects managed services and technical solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships via meetings calls presentations and commercial discussions
Support resellers and partners while identifying new reseller opportunities within the market
Coordinate customer requests quotations and commercial activities professionally and efficiently
Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to support successful project delivery
Maintain strong awareness of market developments and competitor activity within the satellite and communications industry
Requirements:
Previous experience within B2B sales account management or business development
Strong commercial mindset with hunter mentality and relationship-building capability
Ability to work independently and proactively within an international environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional fluency in both Polish and English
Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
Comfortable operating in client-facing environments across public sector and enterprise markets
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
Highly Desirable:
Experience within satellite communications telecoms defence or secure communications industries
Existing network within the Polish government defence or public sector environments
Technical understanding of communication technologies or networking solutions
Experience working with resellers agents or channel partners
Knowledge of maritime enterprise or defence communications markets
