The Role: High-Impact Client-Focused Work

As a Solicitor within the Major Trauma Services team you will play a key role in supporting clients and their families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own caseload of personal injury and trauma-related claims
• Supporting Partners and Senior Associates on complex high-value cases
• Building strong empathetic relationships with clients and their families
• Advising on rehabilitation liability and compensation strategies
• Liaising with medical professionals trauma centres and external experts
• Delivering a highly attentive and client-focused service
• Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members

What Were Looking For

Essential:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (England & Wales)
• 24 years PQE in Personal Injury (flexibility for strong candidates with relevant experience)
• Experience managing a personal injury caseload
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and client care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Exposure to serious injury or catastrophic injury claims
• Experience working with vulnerable clients and complex cases
