Job Summary

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality compliance consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a client-facing position where you will lead projects provide regulatory advice and support the development of junior team members while contributing to a growing and dynamic business line.

What youll do

  • You will manage and develop client relationships acting as the primary point of contact and delivering ongoing compliance support
  • You will lead and deliver client projects including compliance monitoring reviews AML projects regulatory change initiatives and FCA mock visits
  • You will provide expert regulatory advice draft and review policies procedures and reports and support RegData filings and compliance documentation
  • You will design and implement risk-based monitoring programmes and ensure all compliance deliverables meet regulatory standards
  • You will support and mentor junior team members while contributing to internal initiatives knowledge development and business growth

Qualifications :

  • You have experience in financial services ideally within compliance consulting or a regulated environment
  • You have strong knowledge of FCA regulations including AIFMs MiFIDPRU and the FCA Handbook
  • You have a practical understanding of asset management investment banking or related sectors
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver solutions to clients
  • You are degree educated or hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI) with strong technical skills in Microsoft Office tools
