Job Summary
The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning creating and managing engaging social media content that strengthens the hotels brand presence increases audience engagement and supports Rooms F&B and other marketing objectives. This role works closely with the Marketing F&B and Operations teams to ensure consistent storytelling aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in social media digital marketing or content creation preferably within hospitality lifestyle or F&B industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies across Facebook Instagram TikTok and LINE OA.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite CapCut or equivalent platforms.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics performance tracking and content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of hospitality marketing trends and guest engagement behavior is an advantage.
