Responsibilities:
- Handle contract disputes provider litigation and overpayment recovery
- Conduct detailed claims analysis across large datasets
- Draft motions to compel and dismiss
- Manage discovery and case development
- Maintain a large active caseload
- Prepare matters for arbitration
Candidate Requirements:
- 17 years of experience
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Strong professional judgment and work ethic
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare law if lacking litigation experience
- Defense-side experience preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary: $125000 $180000 DOE
- Billable bonus: $10000 at 2000 hours plus $10000 per additional 100 hours
