We are seeking an on-call Esthetician to join our elite team providing bespoke treatments to our discerning clientele during peak hours and special events.
The Role
This is a flexible on-call position perfect for a seasoned professional looking to supplement their schedule in a world-class environment. You will be responsible for delivering elevated skincare experiences that maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Bespoke Treatments: the integration of Eastern modalitiessuch as Gua Sha facial reflexology and TCM-inspired techniquesinto the results-driven facial protocols required for a luxury NYC clientele.
- Expert Consultation: Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and prescribe high-end retail regimens to ensure long-term results.
- Luxury Standards: Provide a white-glove guest experience from warm greetings to meticulous room turnover adhering to LQA and Leading Hotels of The World or similar luxury standards.
- Sanitation Excellence: Maintain a pristine workspace and strictly follow all New York State Department of State (NYSDOS) sanitation protocols.
Requirements
- NYS Licensure: Must hold a valid New York State Esthetics License.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a high-end luxury spa or medical aesthetic environment preferred.
- On-Call Availability: Ability to be available on short notice for busy weekends evenings and holiday periods.
- Skills: Proficiency in luxury product lines (e.g. Natura Bisse Augustinus Bader) and advanced tools (e.g. LED High Frequency) is a significant plus.
