Job Summary
- Work closely with content and compliance teams in a regulated environment to understand and map end-to-end content processes.
- Identify process gaps inefficiencies and compliance risks and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
- Develop clear structured documentation including process flows SOPs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business compliance and technology.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience as Business Analyst in IT-related projects.
- Proven experience in business process analysis process mapping and documentation with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Working knowledge of Jira (or similar tools) for managing requirements user stories and backlog items.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation analysis validation and documentation (e.g. BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions across crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to support business insights reporting and informed decisionmaking.
