The role

Were looking for an Angle Fabricator Operator to join our Manufacturing team. Youll operate angle fabrication machinery and produce high-quality fabricated angles to drawing specification and Right First Time standardswhile maintaining a safe efficient work area.

Reporting to the Fabrication Team Leader youll be part of a team focused on quality accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate angle fabrication machinery (including angle punches and section rollers)
• Read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
• Set up and adjust machines to achieve required dimensions and tolerances
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality; make adjustments where needed
• Carry out routine inspections and cleaning to ensure safe reliable operation
• Record production activity materials used stock usage and scrap accurately
• Identify and report faults/malfunctions and liaise with maintenance when required
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency quality and safety
