We are recruiting for a Property Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of property inspection bookings across Hampshire. You will ensure all appointments are scheduled accurately communicated clearly and delivered efficiently.

This role sits at the centre of the operation acting as the key link between clients field-based inspectors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and high levels of service delivery.

The role will also involve gradually increasing managerial responsibilities as the current team grows.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Operations Coordinator:

  • Scheduling and confirming inspection bookings via phone and email
  • Ensuring all property client and access details are accurately recorded
  • Allocating inspection appointments to the most appropriate field inspectors
  • Managing and optimising daily diaries to improve efficiency and reduce travel time
  • Acting as the communication link between clients inspectors and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records booking logs and billing information

  • Previous experience in lettings property management estate agency admin or coordination roles
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working with scheduling systems and time-sensitive bookings
  • Reliable accountable and able to take ownership of workload
