Senior People & Culture Manager
Job Summary
- Lead recruitment onboarding and induction ensuring a welcoming and engaging employee experience.
- Shape and embed the hotels culture values and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure accurate payroll administration in line with legal and Accor requirements.
- Drive talent development learning and succession planning supporting internal growth and career progression.
Qualifications :
- Strong HR / People & Culture background ideally within hospitality or a servicedriven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Passionate about people culture and creating great place to work.
- Proficiency in spoken Thai is essentials.
