What Youll Be Doing:

• The IT Support Specialist II provides day-to-day IT support and contributes to maintaining a secure and compliant environment in alignment with NIST SP 800-171 DFARS 252.204-7012 and where applicable NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117). This role focuses on user support system administration monitoring and assisting with implementation of security controls under the direction of senior IT/security personnel.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Minimum:

• Bachelors degree in IT Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 35 years of experience in IT support system administration or junior cybersecurity roles
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365
• Preferred: Systems Technician work: administering mobile device Intune identity protection systems
• Experience in a regulated or government contracting environment is a plus
• CompTIA Security CompTIA Network Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals or administer certifications is a plus
