Overview
Seeking Summer Youth Program Assistant to join our Lockport Corps
Our Seasonal opportunities offer Sick time
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To assist the youth ministries coordinator in implementing the summer program including day camp VBS Carnival and Camp Long Point.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the Youth Ministries Coordinator in running the daily operations summer programing including day camp vacation bible school carnival and Long Point Camp preparations.
- Maintain a safe environment for children and volunteers
- Instruct children in religious curriculum sports and recreational activities crafts music games and other activities
- Maintain communication with Officers volunteers staff parents and community members encouraging their involvement and feedback on program activities.
- Maintain daily records including Salvation Army Statistics and SFSP requirements.
