• Perform and oversee complex residential commercial and service plumbing work
• Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve advanced plumbing issues
• Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
• Supervise mentor and train journeymen and apprentice plumbers
• Support service calls installations remodels and new construction
• Review job scopes plans and estimates for accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct quality control inspections and job walk-throughs
• Communicate professionally with customers inspectors and team members
• Assist with process improvements training standards and operational growth

• Active Master Plumber license in Georgia
• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)

• Experience in residential service plumbing
• Commercial plumbing project experience
• Ability to lead teams and improve performance
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience with estimating job costing or project oversight
• Interest in business development or management growth
