The Role
Are you a high-energy charismatic finance and accounting savvy Solutions Consultant who thrives on the thrill of the hunt
We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Solutions Consultant to join our New Business Sales this role you will be the bridge between complex financial and business challenges and our high-performance solutions. You will partner closely with Account Executives to win new logos acting as the primary product and financial solution expert throughout the sales cycle. If you love stepping into a room (or a Zoom) to command an audience and show prospects exactly how technology can help them take pole position in their market this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Discovery: Conduct high-impact interactive client discovery sessions to uncover deep business pain points strategic goals and operational bottlenecks specifically related to financial processes accounting and regulatory compliance.
Functional Fit Qualification: Actively participate in the qualification process analysing prospect requirements to ensure our Adaptive ERP and complementary solutions are the perfect engine for their financial needs.
Deliver Outcome-Driven Presentations: Design build and deliver compelling software demonstrations and executive presentations. You will focus strictly on tangible business outcomes using storytelling to give a clear picture of how our solution drives ROI through financial process transformation improved financial visibility and efficient statutory reporting.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the sales teamacting as a seamless elite pit crewto build customised win strategies craft RFP/RFI responses and navigate complex technical evaluations.
Be the Expert: Maintain a premier level of knowledge regarding QADs suite of solutions financial and accounting industry trends (e.g. IFRS US GAAP) and the competitive grid.
Qualifications :
What You Bring (Core Requirements)
Experience: Five years within a sales environment selling ERP.
Contagious Energy: Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and activity levels during long-tail deals.
Pre-Sales Experience: A proven track record in a customer-facing Solution Consultant Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales role within the enterprise software (SaaS) space.
Financial/Accounting Acumen: A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles including the financial close process General Ledger (G/L) and key ERP Financial modules such as Accounting Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Tax Management and Cost Management.
Problem-Solving DNA: The ability to think on your feet translate technical jargon into business value and adapt quickly during live outcome-focused demonstrations when conditions change.
Modern Skills: Experience with Generative AI in the workplace to make tasks efficient.
Nice-to-Haves
While the right energy and core skills are paramount candidates with the following will immediately stand out:
Advanced Education/Certifications: An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Supply Chain or Information Systems; Certifications like CPA ACCA ACA CIMA or AAT are desirable.
Competitor Insight: Hands-on experience or deep competitive knowledge of alternative ERP products (e.g. SAP Oracle Infor Epicor Microsoft Dynamics).
Next-Gen Tech Fluency: Familiarity with Generative AI applications and how they are transforming enterprise software and supply chain analytics.
Cloud Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of AWS infrastructure and modern cloud deployment methodologies.
Advanced Education: An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Supply Chain or Information Systems.
Ability to Travel
Flexible hours that may vary day to day based on customer needs and milestones.
Up to 25% travel for customer visits industry conferences QAD meetings and occasional international travel.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Base pay range: $135000 - $160000 USD Annual (12 Months).
- Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge skills experience and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
- This position is eligible for commission incentives
