Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for an AutoCAD Designer & Administrative Coordinator based in Zouk Mosbeh. The responsibilities include design & prepare AutoCAD drawings manage daily email communication and assist with administrative tasks. The role includes creating and updating offers reports and project documents using Microsoft Office tools while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and maintaining organized records.


Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD (2D required 3D is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint for documentation reporting scheduling and client correspondence
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Design or a related field is preferred
