Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Midwife is to deliver comprehensive evidence-based care to pregnant individuals before during and after childbirth. This role is focused on ensuring the health and safety of both the parent and newborn by managing low-risk pregnancies monitoring fetal development recognizing potential complications early and performing emergency interventions when necessary to achieve optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.
