contribute to the Utility team.

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Terex/Genie based in location youll play a pivotal role in Develop processes to meet safety quality and delivery and cost targets..

What youll do

Lead projects through the development and execution of project plans; coordinate and provide direction to project team members.

Support the production team to resolve problems and improve operations.

Develop processes to meet safety quality and delivery and cost targets.

Develop maintain and improve Standard Work. Provide training to ensure team members can consistently follow Standard Work.

Provide support to product improvements and new product development.

Coordinate implementation of engineering design changes into production.

Support the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure the workplace is safe and 100% compliant with laws and regulations.

Provide technical support for validation of the manufacturing system and quality initiatives.

Support ISO9001/ISO14000 etc implement.

Other duties as assigned.

What youll bring

Bachelor of Science degree in a related engineering field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a fabrication and/or assembly environment. Experience in a similar industry is preferred.

Experience with pneumatic tools; machining forming and welding processes; and hydraulic and electrical systems.

Possess a strong understanding firm belief and ability to perform within the principles of Toyota Production System Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.

Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technologies.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in teams.

Ability to take a lead role in trouble-shooting and performing root cause analysis to solve problems and implement countermeasures.

Proficient with CAD programs ability to quickly learn SolidWorks.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.
