Location: Could be based in Spencer IA Sioux Center IA or Sheldon IA

Pay Range: $22.00-$26.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience education and license level)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm plus 1 week on-call every 4 weeks

About the Job

Seasons is seeking an experienced and compassionate Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. ACT is an innovative evidence-based outpatient program serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

In this role you will work as part of a multidisciplinary community-based team to provide comprehensive person-centered care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and coordinating services to support client recovery and stability.

The ACT program is highly team oriented so our ideal candidate values a collaborative approach to care and has excellent communication and clinical skills.

• Must hold an independent Iowa alcohol and drug counselor certification (CADC IADC or IAADC) or an equivalent certification from another state AND have at least three years of experience providing treatment to individuals with substance abuse disorders
• This position requires travel so a valid drivers license is required
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
