Mazda of Bloomington is currently looking to add motivated and energetic Sales Professionals to our growing team. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start a new career we provide the tools training and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and budget

• Demonstrate vehicles and accompany customers on test drives

• Deliver vehicles and review features paperwork and warranty information

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and previous customers

• Stay informed on incoming inventory product knowledge and dealership promotions

• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience

• Attend dealership and manufacturer training programs and sales meetings

• Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Automotive sales experience is NOT required

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary

• Positive attitude with strong communication and people skills

• Motivated dependable and eager to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Candidates from customer service retail hospitality banking restaurants insurance and other relationship-focused industries often excel in automotive sales.
