Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of California civil litigation experience required
Employment litigation experience preferred but not required
Experience supporting FEHA wage and hour PAGA discrimination retaliation or wrongful termination matters preferred
Strong drafting experience required including motions and discovery
Bachelors degree preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred
Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
$85000 $120000 depending on experience
Hourly compensation structure
Annual compensation reviews based on performance and experience
Fully remote work environment
