A highly structured technology-enabled plaintiff-side employment litigation firm is seeking an experienced California Litigation Paralegal to join its fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of California civil litigation experience required
• Employment litigation experience preferred but not required
• Experience supporting FEHA wage and hour PAGA discrimination retaliation or wrongful termination matters preferred
• Strong drafting experience required including motions and discovery
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $85000 $120000 depending on experience
