We are seeking a highly skilled forwardthinkingSenior Business Intelligence Analystto lead Financial reporting and automation for CMM Finance. You will partner across Finance IT and Data Engineering to drive reporting modernization streamline processes reduce rework and create scalable best practices. Success requires strong communication skills relationshipbuilding across technical and nontechnical groups and the ability to lead influencebased initiatives across a complex stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Leverage Power BI to create and maintain reports for finance (monthly quarterly reporting to executive leadership level)
• Manage SAP Analytics Cloud support tasks running reconciliations troubleshooting data variances coordinating with finance team leads on forecast submissions.
• Lead biweekly finance meetings with finance leads and IT on forecast requirements cost center/profit center changes hierarchy changes and system changes.
• Build ad hoc reports based on finances needs within SAC and Power BI.

Templates & documentation

• Document step by step processes within NetSuite SAC and SOX based tasks.
• Develop and certify semantic layers and governed Power BI data sources.
• Maintain highquality data dictionaries and documentation.

Technical Enablement

• Mentor analysts through code reviews training and office hours.
• Upskill teams in SQL/Snowflake Power BI semantic modeling automation and improvements to Excel reporting processes through VBA.
• Accelerate onboarding through reusable components and documentation.

Partnership with IT & Finance

• Influence schema design and ingestion planning.
• Identify upstream issues early to prevent downstream rework.

Automation & Performance

• Support infrastructure forfinance reportautomation alerting/monitoring and performance optimization.
• Track reporting usage and performance; recommend improvements.
• Seek new automation opportunities to improve the current state process.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Build strong relationships across Finance and IT teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders while advocating for reporting standards and data governance.
• Deliver insights and recommendations in a clear executiveready format.
• Lead crossfunctional initiatives and governance efforts without formal authority.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7 years of relevant experience

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years in BI Analytics Data Engineering or related fields.
• Expert (7 years) Power BI SQL competency
• Advanced(7 years)Power BI skills (modeling performance tuning UX).
• Strong understanding of data modeling semantic layers financial reporting and reporting architectures.
• Experience creating automated solutions for finance teams.
• Experience creating dashboards for finance teams.
• Experience with reporting standards governance or QA frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders andinfluence without authorityacross the enterprise.
• Experience mentoring analysts and raising technical capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare specialty pharmacy or complex operations.
• Experience with SAP analytics cloud NetSuite Databricks.
• Proven experience leading crossfunctional initiatives with strong stakeholdermanagement andinsightdeliveryskills
• Experience supporting executive reporting or forecasting teams.
• Familiarity with Data Modernization MDM entitlements and cloud analytics environments.
• Experience building KPI catalogs data dictionaries or reporting toolkits.
