Emergency Services Ambassador – Police

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a highly experienced police professional to join our team as an Emergency Services Ambassador Police based in Madrid. The role combines proactive engagement training and operational responsibilities include:Delivering training and education to law enforcement on emerging transportation technologies and emergency response applicationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with public safety officials through ongoing engagement outreach conferences and presentationsSupporting incident response by providing clear accurate technical guidance to field personnelGathering insights and feedback from emergency services and producing regular reports assessments and updatesDeveloping and executing the strategic vision of the programme continuously improving capability and effectivenessApplying technical understanding of new transportation technologies to support operational response and decision-makingWho You Will Work WithYou will work as part of a team of experienced emergency services professionals collaborating closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners including police agencies government officials and public safety organisations across Spain and role involves regular engagement with cross-functional teams including technical specialists and global counterparts ensuring alignment consistency and effective communication across You Will BringRequired:Minimum of 10 years service within policing in MadridAt least 5 years in a senior leadership role with experience managing teams and complex operationsStrong understanding of Spanish policing frameworks and emergency response structuresProven experience in multi-agency collaboration and joint operations (police fire ambulance security cross-border initiatives)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders government officials and community partnersNative or fluent Spanish language proficiencyPreferred:Degree in Criminology Law Policing Studies Public Administration or equivalent professional experienceExperience working with or supporting emerging technologiesAbility to communicate effectively in English within a global environmentAdditional Information/Benefits:Full-time position based in Madrid SpainApproximately 30% travel requiredOpportunity to work at the intersection of public safety and innovative transportation technologiesCollaborative mission-driven environment focused on safety impact and continuous improvement
