What is Private Duty Nursing

• Private duty full shifts (8s 10s or 12s)
• Private duty one client for the whole shift
• Common diagnosis our LPNs work with: TBI SCI COPD Stroke Dementia/Alzheimers Premature Birth Cancer and surgery recovery.

*LPNsworking in hospitals long-term care and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing
• A minimum of 5 months of LPN experience

Compensation:

• Pay range: up to $35.00 hourly based on experience and skills

Bonus Opportunity

• Sign On Bonus Up To$5000.00
• Weekend BAYLOR Program - Commit to on-going weekend shifts and earn up to $40.00/hr with our enhanced rate weekend program!
• STAT LPN Critical Care Program - Earn up to $45.00/hr using your tracheostomy and ventilator experience with infant pediatric and adult clients in surrounding counties.
