As a Maintenance Engineer you will act as a technical expert supporting electrical mechanical and structural maintenance activities helping to ensure safe efficient and sustainable operations at our Alcantarilla site.
What youll do
- Act as a technical specialist in maintenance providing expertise in electrical mechanical and structural systems.
- Develop evaluate and maintain maintenance plans and technical criteria for industrial equipment facilities and infrastructure.
- Assess the feasibility and technical soundness of equipment materials and solutions where data is limited or validation through testing is required.
- Participate in the development of design plans technical proposals and feasibility studies related to plant improvements and asset reliability.
- Contribute significantly to the resolution of complex maintenance and operational issues.
- Coordinate closely with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Manufacturing Quality and EHS to ensure effective execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to equipment upgrades process enhancements and new or modified maintenance methods.
What youll bring
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or similar).
- Solid experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or production environments.
- Ability to act as a technical reference and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety quality and continuous improvement.
- Clear and effective communication skills in a technical setting.
