About The Opportunity

The Envoyage Member Support consultant will be a brand ambassador having a holistic understanding of operational end to end Envoyage processes. Brand knowledge will ensure the individual can provide unbeatable and consistent customer service experience to our Travel Entrepreneurs. The roles main priority is to deliver world class customer experience to the Envoyage agents ensuring Envoyage has a competitive edge in the independent travel market through air expertise and support to our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting clients throughout their journey and responding quickly to queries and emergencies
• Build strong relationships while applying problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Provide expert support on the Amadeus GDS system including bookings ticketing reissues and refunds
• Train and assist team members especially those with limited system knowledge
• Manage and follow internal systems and processes to ensure compliance efficiency and risk mitigation
• Continuously improve system knowledge and help resolve issues by directing queries to the right support channels
• Contribute to a safe inclusive and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed respected and supported to thrive

Experience & Qualifications

• Matric Certificate/any Relevant Travel qualification
• SA citizen
• 2 years minimum experience in advanced air fares sales and ticketing on Amadeus
• Travel experience advantageous
