About the Role:

As a Travel Customer Support Specialist you will serve as the primary contact for travelers who require assistance before during or after their journeys. Through digital communication channels you will support customers with booking inquiries itinerary updates cancellations refunds and various travel-related matters ensuring a positive and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via chat email and online platforms with travel-related inquiries
  • Manage reservations for flights hotels car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations
  • Provide accurate guidance regarding itineraries travel regulations baggage policies and refund procedures
  • Support customers with payment-related questions account issues and loyalty program inquiries
  • Identify urgent or sensitive travel situations such as delays or missed connections and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient customer support
  • Meet performance goals related to service quality productivity and response times
  • Stay informed about travel industry updates company procedures destinations and digital tools

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
