About the Role
Join one of the worlds most recognised travel platforms and be the voice that helps travellers sort things out fast and well. As a Customer Advisor on the project youll handle inbound queries from Croatian-speaking customers troubleshoot issues and make sure every interaction is logged resolved and actually helpful.
This is a role for someone whos a natural problem-solver communicates clearly and doesnt panic when the queue gets long.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls and emails from Croatian-speaking customers
- Logging all interactions accurately in the customer service database
- Resolving complaints and escalating when needed following company policy
- Troubleshooting customer issues using internal tools and support documentation
- Meeting SLA targets consistently
- Flagging patterns and offering recommendations on recurring issues
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Croatian (C2) non-negotiable
- English
- High School Diploma minimum
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced structured environment
Whats On the Table
14 salaries (thats 2 extra payments per year) 1200 signing bonus 50 meal voucher/month Private Health & Life Insurance Performance bonus 25 days annual leave 40h/week MonSun 08:0019:00 rotating shifts No night shifts
