We are immediately hiring anOPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST to support our Mansfield TX manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position with some flexible work initiatives the working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Operations Support Specialist provides day-to-day support across multiple plant functions helping keep operations running smoothly. This role works across purchasing inventory reporting and administrative tasks while also supporting basic employee related processes. It requires strong attention to detail organization and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support purchasing activities for raw materials plant supplies MRO items and plant services.
  • Work with internal teams (Operations Finance HR and others) to help coordinate day-to-day needs and resolve issues.
  • Follow internal policies and approval processes to ensure tasks are handled accurately and consistently.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders deliveries and basic issue resolution.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts investigating discrepancies and supporting corrective actions.
  • Complete daily production and inventory reporting in SAP including material movements from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Identify and help troubleshoot data or inventory discrepancies.
  • Provide general administrative support for the plant including:
    • PTO and attendance tracking
    • Payroll support
    • Pre-employment testing coordination

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in procurement supply chain operations or related field.
  • Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Coupa Workday).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reports.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices contract basics and supplier management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume operational environment.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).
  • Good financial management change management and conflict management skills.
  • Good influencing and decision-making skills.
