Schedule: Evening Shift (3:00 PM 3:00 AM) 3 shifts/week
Hours: 36 hours/week

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment care planning implementation and evaluation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients with acute and complex conditions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including physical psychological emotional and spiritual needs
• Develop implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient status and adjust care based on clinical changes
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Perform accurate documentation data collection and clinical observation
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and continuity of care
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies safety protocols and quality standards
• Participate in departmental initiatives and community-focused care programs

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in Emergency Department or acute care setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-acuity fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education & Certifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
