DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data into our database accurately and in a timely manner

- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system

- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and efficiently

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to data entry

- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
